Not getting webhook events for chat message sent

Description
I have not been able to get any event notifications for chat messages for a day while other channel or meeting events are working fine.

This seems similar to another thread:

Error
No error message, just no events being sent.

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
OAuth account-level app with event subscriptions:
Chat Message Sent

And scopes added include:
chat_channel:read:admin
chat_channel:write:admin
chat_message:read:admin
chat_message:write:admin

Which Endpoint/s?

How To Reproduce (If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create an account level OAuth App
  2. Enable Event subscriptions
  3. Set up and save Chat Message Sent event subscription
  4. Add scopes listed above
  5. Install app (authorize)

Do you have “advanced encryption” enabled for the chat messages?

Yes, it looks like I do. Ergo, according to this:

I would not be able to receive chat events until it’s disabled?

It’s been a couple days since getting a reply, but can you confirm the assumption that “advanced encryption” enabled stops webhook events for chats?

Is there any plan to allow for the webhook events? We’re really more interested in the metadata of that event.
