Not receiving subscribed event

Description
We subscribed meeting recording complete and transcript complete two events. It worked flawless before. However, starting from yesterday, we noticed that our server didn’t receive many meetings transcript complete events. Only the recording complete events were received.

While I did received the email notification for both recording and transcript ready.

We have tried to resubscribe these two events. However, it only worked for the first meeting after the change. Then it stops working again.

This needs some investigation. Can you please open a ticket with our developer support and provide them with:

  • meeting Ids
  • App Id / Client ID
  • app owner email
  • endpoint url
