Description
While attempting to generate an OAuth access token, I’m getting the below error message despite being an owner on the Zoom account.

We want to setup the API so we can add Registrants to Zoom meetings via the API.

Error?
You cannot install the app because you don’t have the required permissions. Please contact your IT administrator for permission and try again.

How To Reproduce
1. Paste the url into Chrome: Error - Zoom
2. Be taken to a page with the following message: You cannot install the app because you don’t have the required permissions. Please contact your IT administrator for permission and try again.

Client ID and Redirect URI are in the only App on the account.

Could you please confirm that the app was created by you or any users under your account?
If the app belongs to an external user, then it will need to be published in our Marketplace
