Once the app is installed it redirects the call to my service. I have some checks implemented on that call and want the app not to be installed if some of my checks fail. Is there a way to handle this?

Thanks for reaching out to the Zoom Developer forum.
I do not think so, the only way to prevent people from installing the app would be by having it Private in the Marketplace or having your users to login to your domain in order to authorize the app
