Participant Count Visible Upon Joining Webinar

Description
Upon joining a webinar as a participant, the number of participants are visible, even if the ‘Allow attendees to view the participant count’ option is unchecked.

Which Web Meeting SDK version?
Web Meeting SDK version 1.9.9 (Latest at time of posting).

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Join a Zoom Webinar using the Web Meeting SDK.
2. The number of participants is visible for a few seconds while joining.
