[ Critical ] Webinar Meeting SDK attendees cannot be shown on Desktop Client participants list

Issue

Users that joined through the WebSDK are not available on the Desktop Client Participant list, the count seems to be correct but no item can be selected.

Webinar issue that happens randomly, buttons disabled and users do not appear in participants list

When the error happens the console shows: XMPP Disconnected!, true [image] When someone joins successfully shows: POOL: memberChange,true [image] Hope this can help to find the root of the problem.

Please share a screenshot of the browser console when this happens.
