Hi @tommy , Do apologize. None of the API’s work. Most of the API’s I’m trying to use are from zConfiguration. I’ve disabled and enabled the feature. Change the password, reinstalling the zoom room. Thanks, -Frankie

Hi @tommy , I’ve already tried that as well. That’s how I came to the conclusion that ZAAPI.exe wasn’t running. The more I test, ZAAPI.exe doesn’t run even when I have the Logitech tap connected and the controller app is fully functional and actually controls the room. Thanks, -Frankie
