Could you clarify the “Pro or higher plan” mentioned in the prerequisites of user.created? Which account must be “Pro or higher plan”: the account which the app is installed into or the account which the app is published from?

Good question. The prerequisite for a Pro or higher plan refers to the app owner’s account—the person subscribed to the events.
