Publishable URL request notification

We have received the below message from Zoom:

Hi,

The app is now approved for use outside of your account. You can now start sharing the publishable URL to add this app for accounts not within your organization.

Your Publishable URL has an install limit of XXX and will expire on 2025-01-30 GMT

What does mean? Does this mean I can give my app to the customers for beta testing?
