Publishing App to Marketplace with iPaas

Hello,

I wonder if anyone is able to provide some help! Just as a precursor, I’m a Product Manager, not developer so won’t understand really technical elements, just basics so please bare with!

I work for an organisation that is a Saas platform for training companies. Our customers run webinars and we want to integrate with Zoom to have meetings created automatically based on a setting within our platform. We have built an integration with iPaas (Prismatic) and are wanting to roll this out to our customer based.

However the developer working on this has said that if we publish this to the marketplace, that we would have direct access to their Zoom account from Prismatic itself.

I’m just looking for some guidance, ideas, advice on what people suggest is the best next step. Ultimately, I don’t want every customer to have to create their own app to be able to use the integration. I want them to log in with oAuth and install from the Marketplace.
Does anyone know how we could achieve this? Or is this something I should be going to Prismatic with?

Any guidance would really be appreciated.

Thank you for bringing this up.

The end-users don’t need to create apps themselves on our Marketplace. You will simply direct the end users of your app to authorize the integration you have built.

You can work with Prismatic on the details of the app’s ownership and management, but you will need to submit the app for review and meet our requirements before being able to share the app with external users: App Review Process - Distribute - Zoom Developer Docs
