This is general question on the capability of integrating with the desktop client via a web link. Is there a way to code a standard html link or via js so that upon click it sends the user to the Zoom client and retrieves the matching contact.
The Why:
We have some information (org charts, directory) in an HR system (UKG) but have centralized communication within Zoom (phone, chat, etc). We would like to have a link in UKG direct folks to the Zoom client if possible.
Any thoughts, feedback is very appreciated. Also if it is not possible, confirmation is also appreciated.
