Real-Time Transcription for Zoom Phone/Contact Center

I have calls set up using Zoom Contact Center. From my understanding, Contact Center is an automatic call distribution platform that allocated calls with my agents. These calls are over Zoom Phone.

I want a way to transcribe real-time (and then perform sentiment analysis with Azure tool) these calls.

I have found various solutions for meeting transcriptions, but I don’t think they apply in this situation.

I found a thread from over two years ago where @synthien asked for the live audio stream from Zoom Phone which I think is relevant, but he never received a satisfying answer.

I am here to ask if there is anything that can help me with this use case.
