We receive frequent requests from our CyberOps group asking us for insight on who has access to record Zoom meetings. As of now - I know of no way to run a report to see who has access now.
We have recording disabled by default but do enable it on an ad-hoc basis. Have a manual process to turn it on then go back in and turn it off when the event is done.
It would be nice if there was a quick / easy way to run a report to see who has it enabled at any given point. This would help us get better control / insight in the event the recording feature isn’t being disabled in time.
