"Related to” list is Salesforce Softphone Issue

In Zoom salesforce lightning, I am not able to access all of our custom objects. I can select them in the CTI softphone layout but in the Zoom Admin for Lightning phone settings the objects are missing. I can also manually relate a call to these objects. If I go to the softphone after doing this the api for the object shows and the related record. I just can’t select this in the picklist or use the relate to the current object. Activity settings for these custom objects are enabled and I can relate tasks, calls etc to them just not from Zoom. I have submitted 3 tickets now with responses to read the articles or submit a ticket. I also spoke to my salesforce team and they are hitting the same wall.

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the Zoom for Salesforce Lightning integration, but I have reached out internally to some colleagues about this and will come back to you as soon as I have more information.

Do you mean that the available items didn’t display all the objects? We have a limit of 50 in the objects. We will remove this limit in V2.5 which will be released at the end of the month.
