Request to increase refresh token tolerance

Hi - I’d like to request a review for our app to increase the refresh token tolerance. We are finding occasional conflicts between background jobs (used primarily to refresh the meeting start URL so it is valid) and actions users are taking to start meetings, create new ones, or view attendees from past meetings. Our users are not always the admins on the Zoom account so we cannot prompt them for a re-auth.

The app name is Punchpass. What other information do you need from us? (Or is there a better channel to make this request in?)
