"Retrieve Call Status" API not returning calls

I’m using the /phone/users/{userId}/online_calls endpoint, authenticated by JWT.

I get a successful 200 header, and a “calls” object…but it is always an empty array, even when there are confirmed calls in process. I’ve tried it when calls are ringing, when calls are in progress, and when calls are on hold. The array is always empty. Is there something I’m fundamentally misunderstanding here?

My intent is to use the API to show users a status page of all calls in progress by their team-mates.

This functionality should not have been publicly available yet, we published it to our docs by mistake.

We have removed the endpoint from our documentation.
