RTMS app stopped working

I have a General OAuth app with RTMS integration that was working fine ~2 weeks ago,
but has suddenly stopped working with no changes on my side.

Symptoms:

  • When starting a meeting, I get the error: “Your app could not access meeting content”
  • My app no longer appears in the auto-start dropdown under Settings →
    “Auto-start apps that access shared realtime meeting content”

What I’ve checked:

  • App scopes are correctly configured (rtms:read:rtms_started, rtms:read:rtms_stopped,
    and meeting content scopes)
  • Nothing has changed in my app configuration or code
  • The app was fully functional approximately 2 weeks ago

Is it possible that your RTMS free trial has expired? If you’ve truly made no other changes on your end, then one of the more common reasons your app would stop working is if your RTMS trial has ended.
