I have a General OAuth app with RTMS integration that was working fine ~2 weeks ago,
but has suddenly stopped working with no changes on my side.
Symptoms:
- When starting a meeting, I get the error: “Your app could not access meeting content”
- My app no longer appears in the auto-start dropdown under Settings →
“Auto-start apps that access shared realtime meeting content”
What I’ve checked:
- App scopes are correctly configured (rtms:read:rtms_started, rtms:read:rtms_stopped,
and meeting content scopes) - Nothing has changed in my app configuration or code
- The app was fully functional approximately 2 weeks ago
