Screen share quality starting

Hi,

I have some trouble with one client, when him start to share desktop app or desktop starti with a difuse imagen and few seconds start fine. The client have a good speed conection 500mb/500mb , i show you a picture how the guest see the presentation when start. Thx for any tip.
