Screen sharing option is not working (API - 1.7.8) - Screen turning black

We cannot use the screen sharing option using API 1.7.8

Error
The screen is turning just black and freeze after that

API 1.7.8

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Start a meeting via web using API - try to screen share

We tried using latest version of chrome and Mozilla firefox .

**This is critical, We already have 2 licenses and planning to buy many more.
Appreciate a faster response **

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this issue. Are there any errors in the browser console?
