Hi @will.zoom , We are now hitting this exact same issue(ZOOM-180645) reported in this post. Do we have a workaround or any other suggestions that would enable us to take the users to view the recordings using the share URL, instead of them having to register again.
Also, is there a place where we can track this issue - ZOOM-180645 ?
