Some phone webhooks not triggering

Hi,

We’ve set up a Webhook Only app (for local testing) and a Server-to-Server app (for testing on a dev environment) with webhooks included. For both of these, we’ve enabled the events: phone.callee_ringing, phone.callee_rejected and phone.callee_missed. The problem is that these events are not getting triggered for any of the numbers we’re testing with. Is there any rule, account setting or anything else that would prevent these from working for every number?

Those phone events only trigger for licensed Zoom Phone users and numbers within the same account as your webhook app. Make sure your app is verified, the endpoint returns 200 OK, and the events are enabled after saving. External or unlicensed numbers won’t generate those events.
