I am trying to subscribe to caller events so I can recognize when when nobody ansers a call, so we can send them a text to follow up. I am looking to trigger webhooks based on inbound calls.
I have setup a webhook in zapier, it it works for inbound callee events in zoom phone, but not inbound caller events, which I believe is what I need to recognize when we dont answer.
It does seem to fire some events (but not all) for outbound calls where a zoom user is the caller.
But I have not been able to get any webhooks to fire for inbound calls where a zoom user does not answer.
Any idea what I am doing wrong? Is there some permission setting I am missing?
