Sound lag when using Web sdk

We have integrated Zoom with a custom software made by https://www.myclassboard.com/ & they have integrated the platform using web sdk, apart from issue of having limited set of functionalities we are not able to conduct meetings as there is a consistent lag in audio transmission between host & participants. This issue does not happen when Zoom native software is used.

Are others also facing same issues ? is there any clarity / solution to this ?

So we can investigate, can you both please provide:

  1. Version of the Web SDK you are using
  2. The Local or CDN method?
  3. Browser and browser version
  4. Device and device version

Please try testing the latest version 1.7.9 to see if it fixes the sound issue.

Hi @tommy,

I have checked in latest version 1.7.9 and also new release 1.7.10 also but still we facing audio lagging issue.

the lag is more if the cam is turned on
