We have high end VIPs that are speaking to a group, and we would like them to sign on early and have us check their audio/video without being seen by the attendees before their “stage” time.
Describe the solution you’d like
It would be great if we could take them from a waiting room and put them in a breakout room as a “speaker hold” or “Green room” so they can talk with producers before they go to the main room.
Describe alternatives you’ve considered
Or allow a co-host to enter the waiting room and talk and view speakers ahead of entering the main room.
