Subscibtion host number

Hello team,
I was asking about the number of hosts needed for our use case which is as the following:

  • We want to facilitate the conference meeting between the hospital and the ambulance.

  • We have around 5 hospitals and 30 ambulances and we want to grantee that the connection between them can be done any time without limitation.

So in this case is required or what do you mean by the number of hosts mentioned in the subscription?

Your quick response is highly appreciated as we need to take steps as soon as possible.
