Sudden sound problems in zoom meetings

Hello.
Since a couple of days ago many users of our web application with implemented zoom meeting client sdk, started experiencing problems with receiving and sending audio. After entering the meeting there is no sound, but it sometimes appears for a couple of seconds and then disappears again.
In some cases it helped to update the version of the user’s browser, but it didn’t help everyone.
I don’t know why the problems started to appear, the release version of our application has been using zoom version 3.7.0 for some time without any problems. So far have updated to the latest 3.9.2, but need time to get results.
When connecting to a meeting an error started appearing in the console. As I understand it, it may be related to SharedArrayBuffer. It is not currently enabled in our application and it is difficult to do so for the time being for certain reasons.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

Browser Console Error

Which Web Meeting SDK version?
3.7.0

After updating to 3.9.2, these problems seem to have disappeared. Zoom staff, any comments?

@dmitryukhanov,

Thank you for posting in the Zoom Developer Forum. Has the behavior been resolved? Please let us know if you’re still experiencing the same issue with the latest version.

Problems like this seem to have disappeared after the update from 3.7.0 to 3.9.2. Did the Zoom team know about this problem and fixed it or is it related to something else? Couldn’t find any information about it in the web changelog

@dmitryukhanov ,
Yes, there have been numerous updates since then, so it’s likely this issue was addressed internally. While I don’t see anything directly related to it in the change logs, I’m confident that’s the case.

Thanks for the reply. Anyway, after the update this problem no longer occurred
