I am trying to use the callee.ringing webhook to trigger overlays in my application to operators, however the webhook events only seem to fire when I am signed into zoom workspace with the account that created the app and not when I am signed into other accounts that have been added to both my general app and zoom phone app.
I think I have authorised the app with for the users but I am honestly not sure if I have done it correctly.
