Zoom for Salesforce app - I don't see any record in the External Zoom Meetings tab

Hi all!!

I am using the Zoom for Salesforce app. I can start or schedule a zoom meeting from Salesforce without problems. But, the meetings that were scheduled outside of Salesforce are not showing in the External Zoom Meetings tab.
“Get Details” is not showing any information. And the “Create Events” button doesn’t do anything.

Is this problem associated with my zoom account? I have a basic plan.

Update: I upgraded my plan and I have a pro plan and the webinar addon as well.
The issue continues, I created a zoom meeting from zoom but I don’t see any records in Salesforce, in the External Zoom Meeting Tab.

Hey @MEF ,

After investigating further, it is required to be on a business or higher Zoom plan to have the External Meetings show up in Salesforce.
