The `meeting.registration_cancelled` webhook is not triggering

I’ve set up multiple webhooks in my Zoom app, and they were working fine until recently. Now, the meeting.registration_cancelled webhook is not triggering, even though the others are still functioning as expected. I’ve ensured that all prerequisites are met, including:

  • A Pro or higher plan
  • Event Subscriptions enabled for my Marketplace app with:
    • A valid Event Notification Endpoint URL
    • The “Meeting Registration Canceled” event properly subscribed under Meeting events

Could you assist me in analysing the issue with the meeting.registration_cancelled webhook?

Hi @parvathyvee , can you remove, save and re-add webhook? What was the last day you received this webhook?

Thank you for the quick response to my post. I have now made the meeting:read:registrant:admin scope mandatory, and the “Meeting Registration Canceled” webhooks are working correctly. Previously, this scope was optional. Is the meeting:read:registrant:admin scope required for the “Registration Canceled” webhooks to function?

Hi @parvathyvee , yes these scopes allow you to get the webhooks. Glad it is resolved!
