When will the Fully Customizable SDK be available?

I’ve clicked on ‘get started’ and filled out the contact form at least 5 times now, and nobody has got back to me. I’ve also contacted regular support and they have no idea what I’m talking about when I mention the fully customisable SDK, and keep referring me to the windows SDK . Please can someone just let me know how to begin working with the new SDK? Otherwise I’ll be moving away from Zoom all together… Thanks, Alex
