Timeout on join() - WASM loading issue?

There is no new release for “Web SDK” since 2 months. It is still 1.8.1 version, when that 1.8.2 will be released.

We released 1.8.3 which includes the fixes for 1.8.2 over the weekend. You can now upgrade to 1.8.3. :slight_smile:

This release did not solve that timeout issue, even it created more issues now. Now it get hardly connected. It shows now can not connect to Meeting error all the time.

The meeting timeout problem is still there,WASM files take time to be available in the browser, it again shows timeout error.

Have you tried upgrading to the latest 1.8.5 version? We have made significant updates. We are also releasing version 1.8.6 this weekend.

If upgrading does not help, can you share which countries in the Middle East have the issue?

After the release of 1.8.6 nothing is working. Up to 1.8.3 it was somehow fine. Even tried to downgrade to 1.8.3 that also is showing timeout error.

Hey @tommy ,

We have deployed our solution in India which uses Web SDK 1.8.6. If we use Portal within India, it works fine but as soon as we use our Portal from Middle East countries, the Audio is not working properly. Audio is breaking and some different schos are coming.
