Transfer app ownership isn't working

Description

I want to transfer app ownership to a team account.

How To Reproduce

  1. Went to App Marketplace
  2. Clicked “Transfer app owner”
  3. Got error “This user is not in your account”. There is unfortunately no place for me to add more users to my account. I am an admin. Does this need to be handled by Zoom staff?

Additional context

I have looked at all previous posts about this, however nothing describes how to resolve this.

If you actually want to transfer an app to an user that is not part of your account, then yes, this will need to be handled by us.

If so, feel free to reach out to support here and add the link to this thread, along with the name of your app and email associated to your account and you can mention my name and I will take it from there :slight_smile:
