Transfer Owner Admin Access

Our Marketplace app was created under the account of a developer that is no longer in our organization. I can prove that my team is the rightful Admin for our organization. How can we transfer Admin Owner access to our actual Head of Product and Head of Technology?

There is no ability to speak with Zoom Support. They just told us to post about it here.

In any case if someone works for Zoom and can assist, please email us.

Thank you for your request. First and foremost before we move forward is the Zoom account that the owner of that app was residing on still active? It looks like the user himself was deleted but if the account is still active it might be an easier fix.
