Unable to join in meeting and app struck and showing “preparing meeting” message

We have been using zoom android sdk version 5.13.1.11014 for past 3 months in our android app. We were able to join in meeting till 28 Match 2023 2 PM. After that unable to join in meeting and app struck and showing “preparing meeting” message.

Suddenly sdk not working in live environment, Any one can help to solve this issue.

could you elaborate on the meeting which this zoom android sdk is joining?

Is there a possibility that this is a recurring meeting which has ended / expired?

Thank you. We are able to join using meeting url through web browser for the same meeting id. We not able to join using sdk we integrated in our app .

for a start, could you show a sample of your JWT token used on the android app?

I spent a long time trying to fix this, but I finally got it to work. I have a Samsung Galaxy and I had pretty much given up on the fix for a year or so.

All I did was completely uninstall and re-install it BUT I restarted my phone in between. Not sure why restarting the phone made the difference but it did. Anyone else have the same experience?
