Troubles with publishing Oauth App

Hi,
I want to publish an OAuth type app in the Zoom App Marketplace that will work only with the recordings of the user’s conferences and only on our website.

It will not work with Zoom Client directly as we only get access to recording storage and send the files to our website to transcribe.

Will I be able to publish my application? I saw some develpers having issues with publishing their apps since Zoom Apps is still in beta.
