Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. Version 1.8.5 of the Web SDK brought with it a required update that added audio encryption. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the SDK as well as the latest version of the Zoom Client and let me know if you encounter the same issue.
