Hi there, I’d like to report a serious issue and get support.
Our beta has just been approved for sharing outside our account but it still says we need to request admin approval. It’s very unclear in the UI on how to actually do this.
I am our account admin and I cannot find it.
Please resolve asap as we cannot get beta users onto the platform and this is seriously preventing us from being able to continue building on zoom.
I responded to your DM with the same question. I’m trying to understand why they approved the request, but that is correct. Authorization URLs do not work for SDK bot apps at the moment. Our Engineering team is working on a solution for this in the future, but there is no established ETA. The review team has whitelisted accounts and as long as you test extensively within your account.
