Unable to verify domain via HTML even though the file is in the correct folder

Hey team, we are trying to verify our domain and have placed the verifyzoom.html file at the correct place and we can access it by going to the URL mydomain_DOT_io/zoomverify/verifyzoom.html

When we click “Validate” we get this error:
can not access the html file, please be sure the file uploaded correctly and retry

Can someone help us?
