Unwanted "Using Face Effects" dialog on meeting joined

Meeting SDK Type and Version
macOS SDK 5.17.11; My custom client previously used macOS SDK 5.17.5 and did not experience the issue described. This has started happening since updating the SDK to 5.17.11.

Description
Upon joining meeting, we receive an unwanted dialog box asking for permission to use Face Effects (screenshot attached).

It is worth noting that 1. A selection made from this notification is not remembered, and it always appears when joining a meeting, regardless of having selected “Cancel” or “OK”, and 2. Our use case is for this client application to be “no frills” and reside on a headless system where a user would not be able to make a selection anyway.

How can we ensure that this does not appear, and no future similar dialogs appear?
