Upcoming meeting reminder

I have a request. I manage 19 Zoom rooms, and users invite rooms from Google Calendar. The “issue” is that if I only invite the room without adding a Zoom meeting, the alert doesn’t appear, and the ‘Upcoming meeting reminder’ doesn’t work (it only works on the iPad). Is it possible to add an option so that any meeting will remind users on the conference room screen without the need to add a Zoom meeting?
