We’ve been getting this error after the account owner’s email on our Zoom market place application was deactivated.
{“code”:403,“message”:“Access to the Zoom REST API has been denied for this user. Contact Zoom Support for details.”}
Things we’ve tried:
- We transferred ownership to an active user but that didn’t seem to fix the issue.
- After finding this post, we tried to delete and re-install the app but couldn’t find an option to do so in the action menu
Would really appreciate help ASAP as this affecting our customers ability to use our product.
