403 Error : Access to the Zoom REST API has been denied for this user. Contact Zoom Support for details

Hello,

We’ve been getting this error after the account owner’s email on our Zoom market place application was deactivated.

{“code”:403,“message”:“Access to the Zoom REST API has been denied for this user. Contact Zoom Support for details.”}

Things we’ve tried:

  1. We transferred ownership to an active user but that didn’t seem to fix the issue.
  2. After finding this post, we tried to delete and re-install the app but couldn’t find an option to do so in the action menu

Would really appreciate help ASAP as this affecting our customers ability to use our product.
