Urgent: "Joining Meeting Timeout or Browser Restriction" Issue in Zoom Webinar

Hello,

We have created a webinar using our Zoom account and shared the webinar link directly with our users. Users are accessing the webinar by clicking the link and joining via Zoom.
Please note, we are not using any Meeting SDK.

However, we encountered the “Joining Meeting Timeout or Browser Restriction” issue for 2 to 3 users. All other users were able to join the webinar without any issues.

Could you please help us identify the cause and provide a solution for this issue?

Is this issue happening with the Zoom client?
How are you generating those webinar links? via API?

Yes this issue is happening with the zoom.
No i have not use any API to create webinar link. I have direct created webinar from zoom.
