Web SDK no audio support in iOS

Have I understood this correctly - the 1.85+ versions of the web SDK do not support browser audio in iOS AND there are no plans to improve this?

As per: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/sdk/native-sdks/web#browser-support

Is this right? Surely this is a it of a show-stopper for many people?

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. You’re correct in that the browser support we are able to provide is limited on iOS devices. This is due to features and APIs that iOS has not yet implemented.

However, we do have plans to improve our supported features for iOS browsers as soon as we are able to. In the meantime, we recommend that iOS users use the Zoom Mobile App if they need to share video or audio.
