Web Zoom API - Chrome issue on change device

We are using Zoom Web API . but facing issue while using on Chrome browser

Error
Host & Participant on different devices (Participant : Phone chrome browser & Host:PC Chrome browser) , poor audio quality.

Host:

  • Device: [PC]
  • OS: [Win 10]
  • Browser:[Chrome]

Participant:

  • Device: [Mobile]
  • OS: [Andriod]
  • Browser:[Chrome]

We are using Web SDK with version 2.3.5 on our platform but we are facing issues when host & participants are on different devices.

Mobile web browsers are not supported with the Web SDK which is likely why you’re experiencing this issue. Can you please have them join from the supported methods outlined here: Zoom Meeting Web SDK

We did everything … it is not even supporting Web SDK ( version 2.3.5) on Chrome Browser( version 100 ) either to desktop or mobile device … the audio quality is not good … The voice sounds like mickey mouse voice from participant as well as host side … Kindly take the needful actions on urgent basis
