I observe that in the case of doing warm transfer to queue, the engagement webhook events(from beginning until almost the end) do not tell who is the second user/agent is
Until the very end, when the call is hang up, then we can have the second user/agent in the *_end event
Can you please advise if it is possible to get the transferred user/agent at the point of consultation and/or transfer completed?
