Webhook header for participant_joined and participant_left have shared IDs?

As of sept 25/26th 2021 the data in the x-zm-trackingid header has changed from
WEB_XXXXX...
to
v=2.0;clid=us06;rid=WEB_XXXXX...

We are using webhook ids as the unique key in our DB

Error
For the participant_joined and participant_left events (also screen sharing events), we are seeing a shared webhook ID that comes in and looks like this.
v=2.0;clid=us06;rid=Eventservice_XXXXX...

We noticed this because our DB upsert is squashing all the participant_joined and _left events.

Any help greatly appreciated!!
