POST meeting.participant_joined/left not working for some meetings

Description
Our app has generated zoom meetings via the Create Meeting endpoint. Our app has also configured webhooks to receive meeting.participant_joined and meeting.participant_left notifications. We are experiencing two problems for some customers:

  • For meetings that have schedules that overlap, the generated meeting join url is the same
  • Webhooks are not receiving any data

E.g. meeting IDs that are experiencing this 88486569333, 82275356465
