I have 4 questions about webhooks when call monitoring.

1. When listening, is the listening user notified during webhook? Which object is notified?
2. When whispering, is the listening user notified during webhook? Which object is notified?
3. Is the whispering voice transcribed?
4. Is the whispering voice contained in mp3?

Only the person/user subscribed to receive the webhook is the one who receives the webhook.
