On one of our webinars the users are having lots of issues of audio and video quality when joining via the websdk. Some panelists are being kicked out and then can’t rejoin with a message as described here:
When using the desktop app everything seems fine. We did a test today with 4 people two in Southeast Asia and 2 in Europe. Everyone was having a hard time with even just sound. We switched to desktop app to test and everything was fine. One of the users regularly uses zoom via the websdk and has no issues.
