Webinar on web by iOS device only hear sound with Allow To Talk

I’m using Webinar. My client can’t hear sound on web (Safari and Chrome) by iOS device. They can hear if I turn on Allow To Talk. Android is ok. So can you help me auto turn on Allow To Talk with customer from iOS. Thank you very much.

Which Mobile Meeting SDK version?
Zoom SDK 1.9.7

Thank for your reply. I’m using Webinar WebSDK 1.9.7. On Android everything is ok. Only on iOs mobile, customer cannot hear sound without Allow To Talk. Can you help me how to auto Allow To Talk on iOS device.

Hey @tambui,

Thank you for reaching out to Developer Support. I’ll note that currently the Web SDK doesn’t support mobile browsers which is why you’re likely seeing this issue. When it comes to iOS, I know there weren’t certain APIs available in the browser as well which may lead to more issues than other browsers.

This is happening also on Safari desktop(WebSDK). It may be related
